Member Manager

As a Member Manager, you're on the front-line of Beam, working closely with our amazing members to support them on their journey from homelessness to stable employment.

You're deeply empathetic and emotionally mature, as well as happy working with the latest technologies and apps in a data-driven way.

You're process-driven and fastidious as well as a creative problem-solver, able to iterate the Beam process to ensure we have the greatest possible positive impact on our members.

You're serious about changing the lives of vulnerable people for the better through innovation and ready for the most rewarding work of your life.

The position is based in Old Street, London, and reports to the Operations Manager, Seb Barker.

Employer Partnerships Associate

As our Employer Partnerships Associate, you're taking the lead on helping our amazing members to make the crucial transition from training into stable employment.

You're confident and articulate - a safe pair of hands to build out Beam's network of employer partnerships from scratch, including closing out meetings with senior corporate stakeholders.

You're determined to get employment outcomes for our members, helping them to support themselves and their families for the long-term.

You're excited by the challenge of building the most effective ever model to help people who've experienced homelessness to access employment opportunities and reduce inequality.

You're adaptable and empathetic and keen to roll up your sleeves and work with our members to support them into stable employment with employer partners.

You're serious about changing the lives of vulnerable people for the better and reducing inequality through innovation. You're ready for the most rewarding work of your life.

Partnerships Manager - Public Sector

In our new Public Sector Partnerships team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing close partnerships with a growing number of London boroughs and central Government.

You're ambitious, highly-analytical and results-orientated - assets you will use to identify key partnerships and smartly move forward a large volume of concurrent conversations.

You can prepare and give impressive presentations, including to senior stakeholders, and take a partnership discussion from start to close with focus and determination.

You're unfazed by big challenges that you've taken on in the past and a safe pair of hands to build out Beam's public sector partnerships from scratch.

You're knowledgable about the landscape of Government - or at the least are a sponge for knowledge and fascinated by the intersection of government and technology.

You're serious about changing the lives of vulnerable people for the better and reducing inequality through innovation. You're ready for the most rewarding work of your life.
